Hold Steady Card

About this piece

It’s great to seize the day, but there are times when seizing the status quo is absolutely the most important thing to do. Designed by artist/author Lisa Congdon, this serene black horse pays tribute to anyone who’s in the thick of it, reminding us all: Sometimes heroism looks remarkably like standing still.
